Second attempt to windsurf this year, the first was thwarted on New Years Day after I got changed into my wetsuit first (it was raining) only to find I'd left all my masts in the garage.

Got to the beach as the wind was swinging from W to SW and rigged a 5.4 as the guys from Reactive were just heading out on that size. Decided to wait a until it filled in as they were wobbling most of the time. Eventually headed out but it was still a little light but you could see the swirl of cloud on the horizon that signalled the approaching low.

After a lunch break the wind kicked in and I was pretty well stacked in a short space of time. Didn't try anything fancy as it was my first time out since Maui and I was feeling the cold, just stuck to big floaty jumps off the increasing ramps and fast gybes.

Good first session for the year, but a little crowded.
